On October 26, our university held a special job fair for the 2024 graduates of Beijing Institute of Technology in Zhongguancun Campus。This job fair is jointly held with Beijing University Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Center，50 employers, including China Electronics and Information Industry Development Institute, China Civil Aviation Science and Technology Academy, China Construction Technology Group Co., LTD., CITIC Consumer Finance Co., LTD., Datang Mobile Communication Equipment Co., LTD., were invited to attend the conference，Covering education, finance, manufacturing, construction, transportation, warehousing and postal, information transmission, software and information technology services and other industries，More than 1,500 jobs will be provided for graduates, including 5G/6G research engineer, Java development engineer, microwave design, safety maintenance engineer, quality research, middle school teacher, and financial accounting，The recruitment needs basically cover all the majors of our school。

At the job fair site, graduates stopped in front of the booth of the recruitment unit, actively communicated with the employer, communicated, submitted their resumes, and some students reached employment intentions with the enterprise on the spot。The venue also attracted many lower grade students to come to understand the needs of enterprises。

In order to promote the high-quality employment of 2024 graduates, since the beginning of the 2023-2024 academic year, the university has held 46 large and medium-sized comprehensive job fairs and 323 special lectures, with a total of more than 2,900 participating units, providing 70,000 jobs, and building a high-quality job search platform for graduates。
